"Overall an excellent choice for exploring Milan - easy access to public transport and the hotel itself was spotless, good breakfast and friendly staff. Downsides: no safe in room, no peep-hole on door. As a solo woman traveller these things made it not a 5* stay for me in terms of safety."

"I liked the location. I just kept having issues with our shower not draining. I let housekeeping know but it still kept happening. They did clean it and kept leaving extra towels for the mess. Thankfully we were just there three days."
