The property is very close to the beach, but the rooms are not great. We could hear everything from the cars on the street to people walking around the building. It was hard to sleep because of the noise.

Location was great, but i wouldn't recommend or return. I felt it was overpriced. We booked a deluxe room but it had no microwave or refrigerator. We had to pay an extra $15 for a refrigerator even though we were already paying over $400 per night. Plus they charged $25 to park in the property parking lot. Since there was a parking fee, i expected it to be a private or shared parking lot, but no they were just being greedy. Also the bed was very soft. There were 3 of us in the room and no one liked the bed.

Loved the beach and the area around this property. Loved the private balcony and the deck and the 3rd floor deck. Bathroom needed a little maintenance and up keeping. Loved that the hotel had chairs, towels and a body board we could use ant the beach. Overall neat place with a great atmosphere and a terrific location.
