"I was greeted well and the staff members were very friendly and polite. The hotel is in a nice area near center city for shopping and dining. Lovely and charming. The bathroom had newly upgraded features. The view from the terrace is beautiful and breathtaking. Lovely staff, location and architecture. "

"Gostamos do local do hotel perto do metrô, atendimento, conforto do quarto, salvo não termos um frigobar que fez falta. O café da manhã que pagamos a parte era muito bom e valeu a pena."

"Needed an airport hotel and this was great. Enough room. Shower was nice. Check in was easy. The only issue was getting a taxi or Uber, no one could find the place so it took 20 mins to get a Bolt and then the next driver tried to drop us off in the back of the building and we had to walk around. It’s just not a flashy building which we liked."

Hotel dekat dengan restoran /cafes. Signal Wi-fi yg sangat cepat. Harga kamar terjangkau!!! Hanya pesawat TV terlalu kecil dan kuno, tetapi programs TV nya cukup memikat!"

"The property was very nice, well located near downtown Lisbon and close to a Metro station. It took staff over 24 hours to send access code (since it’s fully automated) and they had to be called in order to see what was going on. Overall, the hotel and service was very good and comfortable and would recommend."

"Hotel maravilhoso, confortável, como nas fotos. Está localizado no chiado, em Lisboa, para mim o melhor bairro. Perto de tudo. Amamos tudo. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Atendimento ótimo. Todos muito educados e gentis. No último dia sairíamos muito cedo, antes do café, e fizeram uma sacolinha com café da manhã para levarmos. Fomos no Natal e ainda não tinha conseguido avaliar. Recomendo muito."

"It is a new facility, everything is clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Need to note two things - first is that the area is very noisy at night and street sounds are load, which means earplugs if you don't want it to bother you. Second - the double bed is 140x190 cm in size, good if you're average size, but can be an issue for the big & tall. "

"Location is great, near to metro station and center. There is a nice place to have coffee not far from the place, just 5 min, as well as supermarket. The only minus - there is no elevator."
