"Pengalaman yg sangat menegangkan dan memancing emosi krn voucher hotel.com kami semula tidak diakui di hotel ini dan mereka menyampaikan tdk ada koneksi dgn hotel.com, sementara dilokasi yg minim sinyal kami dengan susah payah mengubungi cs hotel.com, dan dijawab dgn mesin yg terlalu berliku, namun pada akhirnya pihak hotel.com dpt menyelesaikan masalah kami setelah pihak hotel mendapat approval dr sepertinya owner hotel. "first of all the rooms doesn't have any AC or fan, and the ventilation is terrible so eventhough Tretes is supposed to be cold, we felt very uncomfortable in our room because of no air circulation. secondly if we open the window, they don't have mosquito net installed and the hotel is located very near to the mosque which has really loud speakers facing the hotel, lets just say there are lots of inconveniences while staying here. The doors and walls are very thin so we could hear people walking...
