We called and they told us check in was at 3pm. We get there at 1:30 and by 3pm we try and check in and the room still isn’t ready and they tell us check in is from 3-5. We explained that we needed the room asap because my mother was not feeling well and they still didn’t give us a room till about 4

El hotel debe haber sido muy bonito en su momento, hoy huele a gran humedad, azumagado, el aire acondicionado es deplorable, funciona a veces! Y lo más importante es que su sistema de seguridad para los huéspedes es exigente al ingresar pero no tendrás la certeza que funcione, lo digo por experiencia propia, yo durmiendo y entró otra persona a mi habitación, eso quebró mi seguridad y privacidad, fue pésimo y la gerencia lo tomó con ligereza, el trato a los huéspedes americanos es absurdo diferente a otros como yo latina, lo hacen sentir así, yo creo no volvería con ese lugar este episodio fue uno de otros cuantos,
