"It was a great apartment- perfect for our family of four. Kitchen was well equipped. They didn’t receive one of our messages about parking and we got a parking ticket- my understanding was that this was an error in receiving info from Expedia. But otherwise, it was very nice. Plenty of room and good location- would definitely stay here again. "

"Loved our 2 bedroom apartment in Les Lofts. Modern and clean with brick features. Wish I had known there was a washer/dryer unit in the hall at no charge. Would have brought detergent tabs. Bathroom amenities were great . You should know there are a few uphill climbs to get up to Old Quebec. The lofts are at the port. Museum of Cilvisation was around the corner and had an amazing First Nations exhibit and great snack/lunch option on site. The Lofts will not disappoint."

"The only setbacks is there’s no luggage storage at all. If you arrive earlier than 4 pm or depart later than 11 am, there’s no storage for your luggage at all at the hotel. It was very inconvenient!!"

"The hotel location is fantastic. You cannot beat that. Walkable area within steps from basilica and old Montreal. Great restaurants and cafes nearby. Clean, comfortable , large space and remodeled apartment with modern, cool and tasteful decor. Beds were confortable. Great towels. Full kitchen although we didn’t use it. Overall we had a great time. Cons: a noisy building construction in front of the apartment during weekdays. Weird sewer smell coming from the bathroom’s pipes sometimes during...

"Beau, bon, pas cher ! Très bien situé, chambre confortable, simple et propre, frigo dans la chambre et entrée de l'extérieur et de l'intérieur (pratique), cuisine, salon et aire de repos bien éclairée disponible et tranquille, concierge fort gentil, facilité à rejoindre David (le directeur) en cas de besoin. Bref, j'ai trouvé ma couette pour mes voyages annuels ! "

"Would have been a 5 but instructions to use the air conditioning in the suite wasn’t clear enough and it was hot in the rooms during our stay"

"The location was great because of the two minute walk to the Metro station. The unit was great because of the space, comfy bed, shower and kitchen. Overall the unit was very clean, but some corners and harder to reach areas were a bit dusty."

"Great location! And even though the property is right on a busy street, our litte apartment (#10) was very quiet. Lots of natural light, and a little balcony as well. The windows all opened, so I could get fresh air as well. We stayed for 4 nights and there are just a few small things that would have made the stay just a little better. A few more towels (a hand towel and wash cloth would have been nice, a dish cloth and a dish towel) and a few drawers to put away clothes would have been lovely....
