"Where do i start. First i received no communication from the resort about how to get there. The Ferry dropped us off at Railay beach and i presumed we could get a tuk tuk from the road. "For Tonsai the place is nice, but get a superior bungalow, the others were not nice. My AC worked the bed was pretty good and the place was usually quite enough to sleep. Where the place struggled was the staff, some were really nice, some were nice enough but the woman who seemed to be in charge most of the time at the front desk was not nice, ever, during my entire two week stay despite repeated attempts to get her to soften up.
