There was a little glitch with the reservation but Mahogany took care of it, quickly, with a smile. Hotel is very, very nice, certainly convenient to the cruise terminal across the street. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Choose this hotel because it was across from the cruise port and because it was reasonably priced. It's a very pleasant (and quirky) suprise. I would stay anywhere else, if I am back in Rotterdam. Two thumbs up 👍👍

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. When I told them it was my first time in Rotterdam, they gave me a ton of great tips on things to see and do (after asking me what type of activities I like to do) Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. I’ll come back someday.

Book this place asap!
Excellent hotel very refreshing to stay somewhere where their main goal is NOT to make savings on the expense of the comfort of their customers. The place has all you need in the room, an amazing breakfast buffet, is in a quiet area close to the center, a metro station, near good restaurants, even has a food hall next door. One of the best I stayed in at this price tier.

Great hotel and location
Excellent hotel in a great location near the Metro line, which made for easy travel in the city. The room was spacious and comfortable. And loved the Foodhallen attached to the hotel!

This is a very modern and nice hotel in a historic building. The location is unbeatable if you are staying there before a cruise because the cruise terminal entrance is only one block from the entrance to the hotel. One issue I had was that there are several steps to climb when you arrive at the hotel in order to enter the lobby, and it is very hard to get up the stairs to the lobby level when you are carrying heavy suitcases or are otherwise burden with packages. This would be very hard on the elderly or anyone with any physical limitations. The staff was uniformly friendly and helpful; the young front desk clerk did everything he could to get us a room well before the official check in time, which we really appreciated after a long journey. Although we did not eat breakfast in the hotel on our one morning there, we walked through the restaurant, and the breakfast buffet looked appealing. We requested and received a room with a king bed. The rooms were, as expected, a bit on the small side, but they were well furnished and modern. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom facilities, while oddly laid out (the sink is in the hotel room and there are separate small rooms for the toilet and shower), were modern and worked well. The TV service was very good and even provided for streaming access. The room was a little dark and could use more lighting, but that did not present any issues. Whilst the hotel seemed fantastic for the 2 hours we were there, due to circumstances we did not stay. We checked in and checked out 2 hours later. We were charged for B&B with no one willing to talk or take any management decision. I would rate the hotel high but the customer service low and for this reason when I return I would not stay there.

I stayed here for a night before boarding a cruise becayse this hotel is conveniently located across from the cruise terminal. It's nice and clean, connected to a food court, friendly & attentive staff. Perfect place to stay for anyone taking a cruise from Rotterdam.

Close to the cruise terminal, and a very good room
We selected the hotel because of its proximity to the cruise ship terminal we were going to after checkout. We were very happy with the quality of the property, the design of the common areas, and the room we stayed in. If we visit Rotterdam another time, we’re staying here again.

Best possible location for the Cruise Port
Fantastic location. Room small, but had everything we needed, except for adequate lighting by the sink (was very dark). The lobby area is cramped and the front desk is hard to access when there are more than a couple people waiting. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

Best sleep ever - would definitely stay again!
Great hotel and very walkable (20-30mins) to city centre. The beds were amazing and it was one of the best sleeps we've had whilst travelling... anywhere in the world. Would highly recommend the location, as it was close, but quiet and really nice staff. The 12 noon check out was also a nice touch.

Everything was great! the staff, the room, even the breakfast (and we NEVER do hotel breakfasts) but they had some gluten free options which was impressive. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Location was convenient to the train station or a nice walk to a grocery store, yummy food (Harvest Cafe) and even cute shopping areas. We will be back!

Great location. 2 minute walk to metro. Friendly and knowledgeable staff - front desk is 24 hours! The connection to the food hall is dangerously delicious. Parking is a bit steep at 25€ a day but the convenience is worth it. Would absolutely stay again.

Great location and very cool boutique vibe hotel. Staff was friendly and breakfast was extensive. The carpet in the room wasn't clean though and full of hair, nevertheless a nice stay and would come back

Perfect place to stay and exceeded my expectations. Short walk from the Metro They also offer bikes to rent so if you get there early go and ask them to store your luggage and then hop on a bike to explore the city!! No need to leave the building since they have a food hall. Mark at check in was such a joy, professional and kind!!
