On the positive side The rooms were big and beds very comfortable. The area was quiet despite being close to downtown. The airport was only 10 minutes away. It was easy to get to many locations from the hotel. On the could use improvement side. We ran out of shampoo and shower gel the first day. When I called to to get more they brought body lotion and a shampoo that was broken. Our toilet sounded terrible and was extremely loud when flushed. I had to wait several minutes at the front desk to check out and when a staff member came she was a bit rude.

Very nice hotel. Though we came in and the fridge was full from the previous guest, everything else has been pleasant. I like how safe the elevators are, requiring a room key to go up or down is great!
