Flew in from Texas for a week long trip to see all the sights. Check in was super quick and they speak English/very kind. No deposit required. Moment I get into the room was impressed. Room was equipped with harness to rappel down out of the window in the event of a fire. Felt like Batman. Pretty cool. Bed is comfy and the hotel wifi is free, fast and reliable. There is a button if you want your room cleaned or not. You get two complementary water bottles each day. Breakfast is served from 7:30am to 10am and cost $14. Buffet style and everything was tasty and filling. Breakfast spot is lounge area with art pieces. Pretty neat display. There are two bus stations right in front of the hotel. Access to the limousine bus 6703 to the airport for $13. There is a couple of convenient stores a few blocks down along with KFC, Subway and McDonald if you’re craving that. Ate that the first day then ventured out to try the local Korean food. Only two English channels. BBC News and Australian News. Universal/usb outlets. Great for laptop/airpods/gopro charging. All in all great experience/hotel! Good price and comfy stay. Would definitely recommend!

The room was extremely small. We could even hardly open our suit case. They usually offer a big discount. It was their main trick. That was the only reason I booked this hotel. It was a typical sales gimmick. Don’t get hooked by the gimmick.

Room is small good and ideal for single occupancy and not for double occupancy. Stayed for 8 days in 2 different rooms. The second room I moved into had mosquitoes. Didn’t really get to rest well in the second room due to the mosquitoes.

Loved the location! Bus stops right in front and across the street. Great view of the street below from room window. Room was spacious, and the sliding door separating the bed and bathroom area was a great gesture, allowing more privacy and reduce noise and light during night time.

This hotel looks nice and modern in the photos, but it has lots of flaws - no potable water in the room (even for the Nespresso machines), no shelves/drawers/dressers so you can unpack your suitcase, no view from the back side of the hotel, which has a metal mesh grate across the entire back of the building, no hot tub (as advertised), and it is a 10-15 minute walk to any of the 3 closest subway stations.

Our room was very old. Wallpaper coming off the wall. Walls were so thin, couldn’t sleep at night due to baby crying somewhere on the floor. Found hair inside a towel!

Clean, small, and affordable. Please be aware that the standard room is really small that is less than 250 ft. You can buy breakfast for 10,000 Korean Won, which is only $7 - 8 in USD.

Nice but also disappointing
The hotel is nice and the room (while small) is clean, has good amenities, and a great view of the city. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was to enjoy the rooftop bar, so I was very disappointed to find that the bar was booked for a private function for the entire night. They did not let any hotel guests inside. Also, the website says the lounge is open all day for food and drink, but when we showed up at 10:30am for brunch they said they were only doing breakfast service and were closed. It's a shame we were only able to enjoy our room and no other facilities in the hotel.

Hotel was nice, near a lot of restaurants. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Room was a bit small for 2 people and luggage but still nice and clean.

Not recommended:. Hard beds and overflowing shower
The staff was friendly and helpful. The main issues were with the shower and bed. The shower was a "no lip" shower, so water would get on the outside floor every time. Then three times we had issues with water backing up or becoming standing water in the shower. As there was no lip to contain it, it flooded the rooms entire tile floors, which we ended up trying to clean ourselves. We learned to watch for it, and would pull up the drain to mitigate the water spread, but over the week there, this happened three times. The bed. Worst bed I have ever slept on and I am requiring chiropractor adjustments just so I can get around again. I will equate it to feeling like you're sleeping on the box spring, and not the mattress. However, even a box spring has a little give. Our bed did not. We suffered through seven days of horrible sleep and back pain due to the bed.

This hotel might draw you in with the price, but it's not worth anything. The housekeeping is absymal and couldn't once get it right, leaving used cups out for days, forgetting to refill water and the shower needed a good clean. On top of this, the desk staff are needlessly bureaucratic and discriminatory. Even though the room was ready, they tried to charge for even an hour's early check-in, whereas I witnessed them the following day allowing others to have an early check-in at no extra cost. The breakfast is also incredibly overpriced given how lacklustre it is. And the final main flaw is that the windows are extremely low quality, meaning you'll hear all the traffic. Given that the hotel is opposite 8 lanes which have super cars racing up and down at 2am, even earplugs aren't enough. The hotel really isn't fit for purpose.

Nice new hotel in a decent location
Hotel was very clean and new. Nice vibe and atmosphere. Location is great for buses but a slight walk from the train station. Did not try the food, but it looked good. Gym is efficient. Espresso machine in room was nice. I would stay again.

Property is in an excellent location, close to everything. If you’re considering plastic surgery, ID Plastic Surgery is just down the road, a 10 minute walk. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Worth the price.
