Excellent Place to Stay
The room is really big and comfortable. A little bit of walking from the train or the subway station but overall the location is good enough as it is still easy to find something to each at low price. The staff were really friendly and helpful, more than I expected... a big credit to it! Highly recommend to other to stay when visiting Shenyang!

Highy recommended
Located in a fairly quiet area of Shenyang, it is near a bunch of underground tunnels that connect to the subway / shopping areas so that even in the horrible cold winter you can move around the city. The hotel itself is very quiet and comfortable, great for extended stays with lots of room even in the standard apartment. My personal contribution to your day? The gym is surprisingly well adorned, with treadmills and ellipticals, as well as a set of weight machines including bench/incline, lats and rows, and a few leg extensions variants. Lots of dumbbells all the way up to 50lbs, and even plates for their ez bar and a short Olympic bar. There's no squat rack or spotters, so solo benching was out of the question, but it was a surprise to get some deadlifts in on this trip. In short, a great substitute for those who are in Shenyang for a while and want a place that feels like home. No pompous luxury, just a place to relax, sleep, and get some exercise in.

Best price hotel if you’re travelling with family. The 3 bedroom suite is very spacious and fully equipped with everything, from humidifier to laundry powder. It’s located right at Taiyuan street, great location for shopping or business.

Amazing and comfortable vacation stay !

Location and quietness (with minor noises from the malls but will be quiet after closing times) despite being in the business district. Rooms are kept clean and are quite spacious. Full amenities of a service apartment (i.e. kitchen, fridge, microwave and washing machine). Staffs are friendly and helpful.

the room condition needs to be improved
I stay in this hotel last May with my parents and we really enjoyed our stay. This is the reason why I decided to stay here this year. However the experience for this time wasn't very good. The facilities were still ok, but there was a very bad smell coming out for the drainage in my bathroom. I smelled it straight away since I went to the bathroom on my first day. I thought it might be just once-off problem and didn't ask the staff to chance to another room. But the smell was getting worse on the 2nd day and 3rd day. I had to close the bathroom door all the time and I felt like to use a dirty public toilet every time when I went to bathroom. On the 3rd day, I reported this issue to the reception. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and found someone (looks like a plumber) to check it. I was told by the plumber that the drainage is ok but he also felt the bad smell. The front desk staff offered to change to another room but I thought it could have been fixed. On the 4th day, the same or even worse smell in the bathroom. I asked them to change a room for me and it was done immediately. The staff members were polite and very helpful. However I believe someone should report this problem before they assigned the room with this condition to the customer.

Very near to the train station. In fact you can use rhe underground shoping street to get to the hotel. Underground shops were fantastic. Airline lost our luggage, hotel was great in responding to my emails. Room was very warm ahile oitside was freezing cold. The hot water in the shower was inconsistent though. All in all, a great experience.

Mr Jacky Xu saved our day!
Poor service received at check in by the check in staff. No infor was offered on where to park, where to take breakfast, no smile etc etc. Fortunately the front door staff Mr jacky xu saved the day. He accompanied us to find a parking lot, Helped to bring luggages to the room, Checked that our aircon in yhe apartment were working, and suggested places to visit. Mr Xu is a all rounded staff who has excellent attitude and resouceful in providing solutions to problem solving.

The service was extremely poor. Rude as well, when i checked in, after waited do a long time, was questioned about my name, very rude. Then gave me a smoking room(I booked a nonsmoking room). I went back to the reception, the staff wasn’t happy that I nes to swap, said ‘it is just a bit smell, it is a nonsmoking room. ‘ I told her there is even ashtray on the coffee table and you can go to smell it yourself. The staff there even don’t have some basic manners.

This is so far the best hotel i've ever stayed! Bar none! (Other than Disney resort of course lol). They have nice breakfast! Safety is pretty good, because you can't control the elevator without plugging in your room card. Overall room is pretty nice, i've stayed here twice and I enjoyed each time I stayed there. Front desk speaks english, and they are very friendly as well. Housekeeping is only ok..... Not 24/7, I had to wait overnight to get my towel. Internet is awesome, You can access facebook, twitter, youtube, etc any websites that are not accessible by regular Chinese hotels and regular Chinese citizens. Wifi is pretty fast and strong as well. Washer+ dryer all in one is good too but not great, not like the dryer in the U.S that drys fast and super dry, it's more like slightly damp. Anyway, I will stay here again next time I get a chance.

The place is centrally located 2,3blocks from Shenyang railroad station, subway station, department stores, supermarkets and restaurants all within 5-10mins walking distance. The unit is comfortable. Nice size kitchen if you like to make homemade meals, plus there a washer to do own laundry. Breakfast has variety of Chinese and Western style of food to chose from.

Best hotel in Shenyang bar none
All the first world amenities for a very reasonable price. This hotel is fantastic even for first world standards. The room was exactly as advertised heck they gave us the exact room as the promo picture. Full kitchen facilities. Bathtub. Wifi with a built in VPN. Awesome location. You’ll find most hotels in shengyang will charge more for less than what Somerset offers. Do yourself a favour and book this hotel. You won’t regrret it.

Excellent apartment, i travel a lot and this really surprised me greatly, it has a games room, small cinema room, all the amenities you need at the apartment to feel like at home and the price is great. Close to the metro and right next to the shopping mall. Also nearby is korea town with a lot of good restaurants.

A suite for the price of a room
A short walk from the train station and located in the center of town. The room is actually like a small apartment with a separate living room, and kitchen. Clean, modern, and great breakfast buffet.

Bang for the buck
Great hotel for what you paid for. Loved the location, close to metro station, shopping center and train station. Offers good coffee, and pretty nice amenities. Also the Wi-Fi here is vpn enabled, so you could get on Facebook, Instagram and snapchat without any lag. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I could ask is if they could clean the rooms a bit better, and get some fresh air into the room because when I walked into the room it smelled a little muggie

Best place to stay in ShenYang
Absolutely value for money. One bed-room suite with private bath room and kitchen, even equipped with LG Washer Dryer Combo. Less than 5-minute walking distance to railway station and subway, food court next door. Excellent choice for short/long stay.

Amazing location. Although this has been an "issue" before for me too, the taxi drivers do not usually know this hotel existed. You have you use other landmark places close-by.
