"As always, great place to stay. I would suggest to improve wi-fi but if you ask about it, they will put a wi-fi booster in the room. Shower door also had a problem and did not close well leaving water on the floor each time. Other than that, service is fantastic, spa is great and breakfast is perfect with lots of choices. "Very nice clean hotel, bathroom and shower is above standard with rain shower and very good water pressure. Lobby is high end look with very good quick service, I was handed a cup of tea as I walked in. Highly recommend, this is on par or better than most US hotels in China or US."

"Hotel appears to be upscale on surface, but the overall property and rooms have been poorly maintained, with many of the surfaces deteriorating. Pool was nice. Gym has good equipment, especially with ample free weights. Hotel breakfast was decent, especially for the good price. Location was ok, with local dining options within a 5-10 minute walk. Hotel was close to the Shenzhen/Hong Kong border MTR station, about a 15 minute walk. I would stay at this hotel again given if I need to stay...

"The furniture in the room is super dated but it is clean, extremely spacious, has a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer and everything was in good working order. The view (on the bay) was fantastic. Pressure in the shower was great, hot water immediately. The only issue we had was that the AC temperature did not seem to go up when we wanted it to, it just stayed at 23C, which was too cold for our baby but we turned it off and opened the window and that was fine. It was lovely to be greeted by...
