"This was my 2nd stay, this time with children 7 & 3. The facilities for the kids was fantastic. The separate pool with waterslide was a big hit as was the playground, kids club and activities, movies in the garden and kids happy hour. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and very clean. All staff were amazing and so friendly. The only thing I could suggest is that the pillows are very thick. One not enough but two is too high. Maybe a thick and thin pillow. But this is personal opinion. We will definitely stay again."

"We had a phenomenal stay at the Royal Kamuela Villas & Suites! We got the villa with the private pool, and it perfect to come back to after a long day, or to just stay in the room and relax. There is also a very tasty breakfast included, and room service is extremely easy if you don’t feel like going anywhere. I highly recommend using them for airport transfers, we were greeted with water and a cold towel which was perfect after we got into DPS at 2am. The staff is so kind and attentive; they always asked us how our day was and made sure we promptly got anything we needed. They even reached out before we arrived to help us schedule activities and spa treatments! Location wise the hotel is a bit hidden, but off a busy and touristy area in Ubud. We were able to easily walk to both the Ubud Palace and the Campuhan Ridge Walk. There are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby to visit as well. It’s also a prime spot for any tours that you may book. Thank you to the Royal Kamuela team for such an amazing experience in Bali! "
