"Our first visit to Cambodia and so impressed with the staff at Borei Angkor and the hotel in general. So friendly and helpful. Organised two days of transport and a guide for the temples which was a great experience. Food options excellent with lots of breakfast options included in the price. Nice pool area. If you want some nightlife then Pub Street takes about 20 mins to walk or 5 mins in a Tuk Tuk. Unreservedly recommended if you are visiting Siem Reap. "

"The room I stayed in has an outdoor space so that was really nice. I thought the location was great too even though the hotel was not super close to restaurants compared to other hotels. If you like tennis, the Raffles Hotel is only about a 7 minute walk away. All the staff were very friendly and always smiling. If there was one thing that was missing, I would say having some gym equipment would be it."

They are stuck in the classic yes sir, yes mam! frame of mind... rather than truly understanding your issues and fixing things the first time around. It takes several attempts for the staff to correct room issues. The breakfast buffet management and staff is fine, courteous, and gets to know your daily preferences. But the quality of the pre cooked hot food is not maintained or checked from 6am to...
