Our stay in Singapore was too short (like 18 hours). We were not there long enough to explore the city/county. We also had jet lag. However, the Hotel itself is a fine property.

The hotel staff were excellent. Even though the room we got initially had a funky smell and next door neighbour was very loud till very late. When we called the dury manager they addressed the noisy neighbour and changed our room for the remainder of our stay to a room higher floor room that didnt smell. Breakfast was great and the pool was amazing and fun for the kids.

Being dropped off by a taxi, late at night to an Empty cavernous space with Zero humans & Zero signage indicating Where check in was . . . Sucked . Being on a plane 20 hours before that didn't help . Eventually some young people came down the elevators ( buttons hidden at ground level ) & helped direct me to check in on the Thirty Second floor . Fortunately , the staff upstairs was quite together unlike the idiots who set up the ground floor space .

The Westin is an excellent option for anyone visiting Singapore. It's near a metro stop, a hawker market, and within walking distance from several tourist sites. The hotel itself is very clean, secure, and comfortable.

The property was very clean and modern. The breakfast buffets were excellent and the pool was spectacular. The hotel was in a centrally located area, walking distance to three train lines, a food market, and all the tourist activities around downtown Singapore. We highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Nice large modern quite room with a view,every room is above 32 nd floor, pool on the 35 th floors area is business but there is a Hawker with about 30 food stand where they close the street at night and the food is out of this world within 1 blocks

Really great location and lovely staff
Staff were lovely and really helpful. Nursuryaini on a reception went above and beyond to help me track down my phone left in a cab. She was so helpful I had the phone back by the end of the day - I was so grateful for her efforts. Hotel is lovely and really well located. Didn’t use many of the amenities other than the pool which is good if not a little cold! Not quite the hot Singapore swims I was expecting but still lovely and refreshing.

Overall stay was good. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Fast and simple check in and check out. Good toiletries. No staff is assigned at pool side for ensuring security (just in case). Fire alarm was triggered at around 12am plus when I was almost fell in deep sleep and got a shock by the alarm. It was a false alarm. My room’s air conditioner fan coils making little noise the whole night (unfortunately I am a light sleeper and got disturbed by the noise). Breakfast can be improved still. Though it is clean but dusty in the wardrobe and bed comforters (cleanliness can be improved further).
