"The staff at the Mercure were very kind and super helpful. The breakfast was a great range and the coffee was good. The pool was not in action but the area up near the pool was a great spot to sit and watch the clouds roll through. The downside was that there was a lot of mold in the bathroom shower area, and the bathroom floors around the toilet and general area didn't seem as clean as they could be. "Service is impeccable, check in and out were seamless. Breakfast is wholesome with great variation to fuel the day. Hotel is strategically located, short walk to Lotte Mall and there's a mart opposite. Like the design where air con is individually set up in every room. Will return again. "
