"Great place , close to lots of great ruins , markets and restaurants. The only kind of down side was the three stories of stairs to climb to get to our room .however after the first few trips we actually started to like the stairs . The food was great and the staff were really wonderful!"

"This is a really excellent hotel. Great location. Next to metro. Adjacent to all the sites. The staff was lovely. They gave us access to our room early. Lots of space in the room. Adjustable thermostat (nice and cold). Spacious shower. Comfortable bed. Hotel smells great as well. I would always choose this hotel when in Madrid "

"I booked last minute due to change in flight itinerary. Very easy and quick to book. Friendly staff that spoke English. Restaurant open until midnight. Breakfast included. Clean, safe hotel and free airport shuttle which was a must for me."
