The property is nice. I appreciated that the staff did mention that they are starting to remodel rooms in July 2024. The food at Flippers Grill was really good.

It was super over priced. The only thing they got going it the beach. The property is old and poorly kept. The check on was 45 min late. They want to charge you for every little thing. Will never stay here again. Awful!

This hotel was recommended to me from a friend due to its convenience to most things and I agree- there were plenty of stores in the area to visit. The pool and beach access are the best things about the property. The hotel is outdated which is understandable, HOWEVER, the room was terrible. Awful smell in the air. Vents were covered in dust. I almost left a whole day ahead of schedule due to the dirtiness of the room. The food was not good from the seaside grill. I was offered a $15/day food credit for each day that I stayed there and didn't even use it. The food and drinks were terrible. I also want to point out the AWFUL smell inside of the one small elevator in the building. I understand that guests go in and out of it all day wet from the pool or beach but something should be done. I watched the rug in the elevator all 4 days while there and it didn't look like it was cleaned, refreshed or vacuumed once. Never again. I will take my business somewhere else in the future.

It’s not worth the money. Staff was rude when we came back from the beach with a cooler to the pool. As I was getting my 3 kiddos ready to go to the room this staff member came and said I’m tired and if you can’t take the cooler I’ll take it myself. And then the beds had a sticking metal which could have easily broken my leg.
