Nice quiet resort, with a nice pool and beautiful beach. Resort had a family run feel, that was nice compared to staying at a major chain hotel.

Fun on the beach
Nice waterfront resort with clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff. On a busy road so a bit noisy but the sound of the surf is great.

Great place to stay.
Despite rather unseasonably cool weather , we enjoyed the stay. Heated swimming pool a bonus. great views of the miles of endless beach. Property right on the beach. We had a full kitchen appartment with a large balcony overlooking the beach and coast.Staff were very attentive to requests.

The sign from the street was not visible enough to prepare to turn in to driveway. Parking was very nice. The room was fine, but the big dirt/ sand pile in the middle of the room we stepped in when first entered was upsetting. The view from balcony was nice, could use better chairs and table. But comfortable enough for morning coffee.The Continental breakfast was grab and go, bars and yogurt. Pool was clean but cold.Being adult only was the best. Quiet most of the time, which made excellent sleeping. The beach was clean, but charging for chairs was a bit steep for guests. Good stay all in all.

Visit Madeira several times a year, first time here and it didn’t disappoint! Was able to check in early. Room right on the beach! Was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed relaxing on the balcony! Will definitely return!

The location was amazing, with direct access to the beach and view from the room was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful and we appreciated the free continental breakfast. Though the kitchen area was small, it served our needs well. Would definitely recommend this property and return to it again.

Nice amenities. Room is older but bed newer. View of ocean unbeatable. Can’t get any closer to ocean than this. Would definitely stay a week or two again. Weather was perfect. Saw dolphins from the pool. Perfect

The kitchenette was had everything I needed. I especially liked the coffee maker in the room. I would have liked to have had some paper towels.

A very quiet spot for adults only. Staff were all very attentive and helpful. The rooms were clean and the views were excellent from our balcony. Maybe a bit of updating could be done but this didn’t upset our stay as we only slept there. I would definitely recommend and revisit if in the area again.

Very quiet area, all of the staff were helpful courteous and respectful. Beach seemed almost private. Love our children and grandchildren. But was very nice to be in an adult only resort location for the first time and we have decided it will not be out last visit. Already looking forward to getting back to the Shoreline Island Resort. But this thing called life, work and limited vacation is getting in our way.

Do to the recent hurricane issues, Shoreline moved us to a beautiful room with the most wonderful sunset view! Thank you so much for a most wonderful vacation stay!

We had a 2 queen bed room with full kitchen, lots of space, hotel was right on Madeira beach and we had a view overlooking the beach.free coffee until 8pm in office, free breakfast in office in morning, coffee,tea, muffins, orange and apple juice, and fruit bars.and it’s adults only there was a publix really close which was handy

A pleasant surprise
When we pulled in to the hotel I was worried about what I rented, as it looks a little dated on the outside, possibly due to weather. I was pleasantly surprised upon entering our room though! It was roomy, clean, and we had a great time. The room and beach were great, and we were in a convenient location , with little traffic, to go to the Rays games. My only complaint would be the comfort of the bed, with it being harder than we would prefer, but it wasn’t the worst hotel bed I’ve slept in. We would definitely stay there again .

Loved everything about this place! The only thing i would recommend is a hot breakfast but other then that it was great. Will stay here again for sure!

Great beach front hotel
Large room, comfortable bed,. My husband loved the reclining chairs . Balcony looking out to the beach, perfect place to relax and watch the sunset. Much more relaxed and quiet beach compared to clearwater. Also watched the dolphins in the mornings. Room quite dated, could do with a deep clean and modernisation. Location to the beach couldn't be better though. Would stay here again .

Just a wonderful place to stay for getting away. We love kids but sometimes you just want quiet. Our room. Was fabulous. I love the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. Great fir watching afternoon. Summer storms roll across the ocean. CVS 10 min away.close to johns pass for action. The office staff are very friendly. I have been to shoreline twice for my anniversary and will come back.

The property itself was very nice, as well as the private beach. The resort said 21 and up, which is what was appealing to us in the first place. However, once we were there, it seemed we were reprimanded for anything we did. We brought a speaker down to the pool area and asked everyone at the pool if they were OK if we played music. Everyone agreed and we played some softer, classic rock and beach music. We didn’t play anything inappropriate and we also all agreed on a lower volume. Everyone had a great time at the pool area, but there were complaints from people in the rooms. Mind you, the music was not loud at all. We all also had our drinks by the pool while we were hanging out, but no glass as instructed. The next day, we were told we could not have our speaker anymore, and that we were not allowed to have our drinks by the pool at all. it didn’t seem like a place for 21 and up. It seems more like a place for 65 and up. If someone is in their 20s 30s and even 40s, this most likely is not the place for you unless you want to sit in the pool quietly, or sit at the table and play a board game.

It was quiet and clean, the staff was very friendly, and the beach was on site. No restaurant or stores on the premises. No tiki bars or any kind of bar on the premises No game room or indoor exercise equipment other than that the place was great!

The resort is older but very clean. Easy access to the beach which is great. Close to grocery, dining options and John’s pass which was very nice. Definitely a much older crowd visiting this resort.
