Looks a new hotel (2014), with a good value for businessman n tourist traveller, Strategic location, Night Cullinary 'Kedungdoro street', family karaoke 'NAV', and Tunjungan Plaza. I have to say I picked that hotel because of the reviews. I was expecting something amazing, but that is not what I got. My room had the worst bed ever. We all left with body pain. The sink handle leaked, so every time I turned on the water the entire sink area got wet. The aircon was no good. It was either too hot or too cold. They messed up my room service order. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I will say the food was delicious. I enjoyed breakfast and the room service food was good, it just was not correct.

The air conditioner had issues in two rooms i stayed. Had to move rooms twice in 2 nights stay. Not recommended and will not stay here again.

High quality hotel
Very clean hotel. The room is quiet and the Wi-Fi is very good. And you can stay at a very cheap price. The vending machine in the lobby was not working properly. Around the hotel is a downtown area and is not suitable for walking access. Overall, this is the most recommended hotel in Surabaya.

Over rated hotel need improvements
Front desk staff were not helpful enough. They let one woman working alone handle so many people luggages while they stand idle. Terrible parking arrangement. Terrible breakfast. Only the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.
