"We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a balcony. Although we requested a higher floor at the time of booking we were given the apartment on the first floor facing the street. Since the section of the street going uphill was practically on the same level as our windows, there was a lot of traffic noise coming from outside. "We had a very good experience staying here. Read the clear instructions you get over email to understand options available to reach the place. There are taxis available and also hava bus(airport buses) which has a stop just 10 minutes walk away from hotel. Hotel guys informed us about all this and it was really very helpful to take domestic flights for us to cappadocia. "The location of hotel is perfect. In istiklal street. 2 minutes walking from taksim square. Good shopping good night life and very near to metro station. Staff is very helpful . Room is clean and good for me. But it is small and not refurbished new"

A/C centrally operated so had to phone reception every time one needed to turn it off or on - however this wasn’t mentioned at check in - lots of staff but all useless and appear ro do nothing. Very noisy street - club music until 4am so if you absolutely must stay there ask for a room at back of hotel."
