"This hotel located more out of the busy area. very quiet and unsafe area especially at night when came back. some stuffs not inside room, no phone to call for housekeeping, need go down to reception to ask for it. heard this hotel gonna shut down soon. overall bed and pillows are comfortable."

"Location is excellent, lots of good food and shopping centre. Staffs were not attentive enough,; bookes 2 nites but eoom card only activates dor 1 day. Carparkinf card also, did not activate… counter staff shld be more sensitive to such things and frustration of customers…"
