"For a 4 star, top 100 hotel in the world, there were some experiences I had with it—good and bad. Bad: the WiFi goes in and out quite a bit. Not sure if it’s just a bad connection or too many people using it at once but it has been down for multiple times during our 8 night stay. Make sure to have some shows and movies downloaded. Bad: the shower floods easily. My wife used the handheld shower head since it spread less water onto the floor than the rainfall shower head. Whole bathroom floor is...

"Good rooms spoilt by noisy traffic. Essentially you are getting a fully serviced luxury villa plus some public areas typical of the hotel. The gardens are lush and the rooms lavish. There is much to entertain the eye, the hotel designer seems to have had an extravagant budget and the rooms are crammed with a melange of elegant objects. Sadly no thought was given to the labours of the housekeeping team, and there are pockets of evidence suggesting that the miracles required to keep the clutter...

"Stunning room with view over the golf course and out to the ocean. Room was clean and service on point. The food was fantastic, the evening buffet was different every night, with a great mix of local and international selections. We went to the restaurant one night and this shouldn’t be missed if you do go. The food was fantastic and all from the islands, including the wine. Some of the best food we had during our stay on the island The pools were perfect."

"Massive pool heated. Plenty seats around the pool. Good breakfast. No shops in walking distance, like supermarket, but 5 minutes by car to the nearest one. You will need a car or go in shuttle bus once a day, leaving in the morning return in the afternoon. Reception friendly. Will come again. "

"Wonderful apartment. Spacious and a massive terrace. Tea, coffee, sugar, dishwashing tablets all present. A nice touch. Unfortunately the big pool was closed but the other pools were open, so no big issue. I can recommend the apartments, make sure you have a car to get around. "

"very nice place clean nice pool heated and outside spa very strange set up where you have to book your sun beds the previous day the rooms were very clean and good size only let down was the towels for the class of hotel would expect better but that's only a minor complaint the restaurant looked nice but can't comment as never used it would definitely stay again "

"Lovely villa in a perfect setting. We only had bed and breakfast and the only downside was that there wasn’t a snack bar only the buffet option. The Sahara restaurant was excellent. Highly recommend. Would be great if they did a lunch menu at a set price. "

"All the staff were fantastic and friendly, especially the hard so but happy team in the restaurant!! The rooms were tired and basic but ok, air con was ok! The property is at the edge of both las americas and los christianos so costs about €8-10 each way in a taxi. Main pool absolutely Baltic but middle one fantastic hence the beds all going by 8am!!"

"The hotel is clean, comfortable and well located. We were in a superior apartment on the 4th floor overlooking the pool (which we requested). The room was a good size and comfortable, albeit “functional”. Breakfast was ok. We couldn’t understand why the pool area only opened between 10am and 6pm. We would consider staying again. "
