The is no building adjacent to one side of the hotel so you hardly hear any noise at night, as the streets are very quiet. It does take a bit of effort to get to the tourist center, but I think the trade off is worth it with H10. This is as good of a high quality hotel as you'll find at a good price."

"Nice and clean place. Check process was smooth and the staff was so friendly. Only little issue was the WiFi from our room was not great. It wouldn’t work in bedroom but main area it was fine. "

"Place was great, love the inside front of the Hotel. Needs to get the smell of smoke of the carpet and in elevator. About a 12-15 min walk to the Bernabeu (loved it). The attention in the bar was great. Quick Suggestion, if you like to connect with the culture., visit the small businesses surrounding the area… it’s priceless "

"Para ser justo por el precio no se puede exigir mucho, las instalaciones se ven que fueron renovadas hace algún tiempo y ya tienen el desgaste del uso y aunque limpien pareciera q no este muy limpio, las camas no muy comodas pero si solo vas a dormir esta bien, el staff muy cordial y servicial, muy buena ubicación "
