If you’ve never been there before the parking garage can be a maze at first. Just like anything. It would be huge to have a valet type (not to park vehicles) but to look out for those on foot once they enter. Don’t take that for granted. Try to look at that from a visitor’s perspective as apposed to an insider’s presumption. It’s not just the Chelsea. All the more, be proactive with parking garage guidance. Not every guest is naturally oriented with such things.
