Easy access to airport. Great for early morning flight. Indoor walkway from hotel to terminal 3. Train that comes every 3 minutes to connect to terminal 1. Bed-to-terminal < 10 minutes. Also, very nice, clean upscale room for those staying longer.

I stay here every time I fly out of Toronto. My only issue was on my return flight there had been a cancelled flight and there was over a hundred or more people looking for accommodations for the night. The hotel should have had a line for those already with reservations and those looking for them as the wait time was well over 2 hours! Not well planned out.

We had a short late night layover, the toilet was not working properly, so that was a big pain for my wife and I.

The staff have been 11/10 amazing and attentive to our needs. They have efficiently helped us navigate a busy check in time, quickly obtained the crib we needed for our baby, and helped us make a plan for our very early morning checkout ahead of our flight. The property is clean, modern and comfortable. I can’t say enough good things.

Lex from the club Sheraton made our stay all the more enjoyable . Our 3 year old daughter made friends with him daily at breakfast and to this day she still asks to meet him

We were concern with the noise from the planes based on other reviews. The room we had had sound phonic isolation. No plane noise disturbed our rest. Breakfast was good. Service excellent. We will definitely recommend the property.
