"The room is so small you can’t put a small suitcase on the floor and there’s nowhere to lock a suitcase away given the lack of room for one in the rooms, there’s kitchen equipment and washing up liquids etc but no drying rack, tea towel or a sink plug. The rooms were very cold and we had to leave a heater on full for 24 hours to get the room warm to come in too.
