Quiet and perfect location
Location was perfect and cute authentic hotel, very quiet in the middle of the busy Ubud streets. Breakfast really nice! However cleanliness would be much better - all bedding was dirty (even after change 4 times to find one that wasn’t stained). Shower had issues with water pressure and bed was too hard for my liking. Overall I enjoyed my stay but mainly because of the convenience of the location.

Dejlig stor værelse og stort badeværelse. Det at man skal andetsteds for at få morgenmad er lidt øv. Øv at man ikke kan få to kopper kaffe og et glas juice uden at betale for det, når man har bestilt med morgenmad.

I woke up to birds singing. Even tho it was 1 block from HEAVY traffic and tourists walking, it was always quiet and green and serene. The staff was excellent, helpful and carried my bags up to the 3rd floor. No elevator 😩 Lovely room, clean and good bed. Big bathroom with tub and separate shower. Chairs outside on a ‘patio’. Great WiFi. You get way more than you are paying for.

This is a lovely property and we enjoyed our stay but please be aware the photos/amenities don’t always match up with the room level you choose. The main photo for the “Grand Deluxe” room seems to only to match one specific room on that level; feels a bit deceptive in its use. I heard another guest complain about this while I was there too. A bit disappointing as it sets the wrong expectations & could easily be avoided. They should change the names of the room levels as there was nothing I would consider “grand” or “deluxe” about the our room. It was quite small, though it was nice. Most frustratingly the room was listed as wheelchair-accessible & the photo of the bathroom showed a walk-in shower. The room was up a flight of stairs and you had to climb over a high bath ledge to shower. I coped okay with my bad knee but for someone really needing that accessibility this would be devastating. It’s such a shame as the hotel grounds and pool are charming and the location is fantastic. They’re letting themselves down by giving the wrong impression to potential Expedia guests, leading to that sinking “hang on, this isn’t what I booked” feeling. It should be an “isn’t this a lovely hotel in a great location” feeling you get on arrival based on the quality of the property. I hope Expedia can give them guidance on rectifying their description&photo accuracy. WiFi was AWFUL, and inexcusable given we stayed at a much cheaper hotel 30m down the road with better wifi.

Week in Ubud.
Overall, very happy with meruhdani. Service was excellent. The affiliated restaurant breakfasts were outstanding (whether you prefer asian or european cuisine. The location is very good (but, not great) for walking around Ubud. The upkeep of the grounds and rooms was exemplary.

Nettes, zentral gelegenes Guesthouse in Ubud
Nettes, kleineres Guesthouse mit sehr freundlichem, hilfsbereitem Personal. Das Zimmer war geräumig, alles sehr sauber. Der kleine Balkon angenehm zum draußen sitzen, die Poolanlage ansprechend. Das Frühstück im angrenzenden Lokal war ausreichend und man hat genügend Auswahl auf der Karte. Die Lage ist sehr zentral in Ubud, trotzdem ruhig. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war meines Erachtens in Ordnung. Es wurde ein Flughafentransfer vermittelt, ebenso kann man Touren in die Umgebung buchen.

Deux nuits à Ubud, ville très intéressante
L’hôtel est bien situé, dans un coin calme mais tout de même très près du centre ville, le marché est à 7min à pied et la forêt des singes à environ 15min. Les gens sont gentils, la chambre confortable et la piscine agréable. Le seul bémol : le petit déjeuner était très limité, dommage.

The hotel was clean, the breakfast was very good and the staff were really good. It was located in a great location where you could walk to many restaurants, shops and spas. Would stay again if we were every in Ubud.

Excellent location. Quiet road but so near to central Ubud. Excellent service by staff. Room rather basic though for this price point and breakfast is really not up to par for the price. Could do much better.

Hotel was very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast at restaurant on site. Massage on site. Great location. Walking distance from all shops, restaurant and other attractions. Beautiful hotel with gives you cultural experience. Love it!

エレベータがなく，１フロアが高いので３Ｆまで上がるのがちょっとしんどいが、荷物もスタッフがキャリーしてくれる。各部屋の前廊下がつながっていて、ほかの人の部屋のガラス張りの前を通っていきますので、たまたま端の部屋なので、ほかの方は通りませんが、真ん中や手前だったら、少し気になったかもしれません。毎日昼頃にフロント前の庭から薬？のスモークを大量に炊くので恐れていた虫もおらず、快適でした。宮殿や市場に近く、棚田を見れるハイキングコースへもアクセスが良かったです。

Meruhdani is a really lovely boutique hotel, located at the main road end of Jl Bisma. The location gives it easy access to a huge array of restaurants, walks and activities. We stayed in a Superior Deluxe room with a balcony overlooking the pool. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom is not overly large, but functional. We were a little concerned about the comments from other guests regarding late cancelations, so we booked an arrival transport from the airport to guarantee that we got our room. Not sure if this helped, but we had no issues with our booking. The included breakfasts are very good, high quality restaurant food. Happy to recommend the Merudhani.

Utrolig dejligt sted m fred og ro trods det er sidegade til den pulserende hovedgade. Pool rigtig dejlig. Rigtig godt der nu er monteret poolstige siden sidste år. Vi boede denne gang i den nye afdeling. Morgenmad er lidt mystisk at finde ud af. Nu må vi kun få 2 kopper kaffe, ellers er det pungen fremme. Værelset er utrolig rent!!. Benyt lejligheden til at spise på Utah Pizza på samme gade og i kort afstand. Det er fantastisk billigt, og der er mange retter at vælge imellem. Vores bedste anbefaling! For gangbesværede, så bed om et værelse i stueplan pr mail. Vær obs på, at der skal checkes ud kl. 11 og ikke som angivet kl.12

The hotel was near the center, Ubud Palace and Market at about 600m, easy to get there walking. The Monkey Forest is about 1km walk, but as you go you, take a look at the unique views. Lots of restaurants and stores in the surrounding area. Great place to stay and have a calm and relaxing night of sleep, away from the busy streets. Would return at this hotel for sure

We loved this hotel last year and were not disappointed when we arrived this year. The staff is so helpful and friendly. This year we stayed in both the old and the new section. Both rooms were great. Location is within walking distace to the Palace, the Market and the Sacred Monkey Forest.

Peaceful and close to everything
The staff were exceptionally kind, the rooms well appointed and the food in the attached restaurant was so nice! It felt quiet and relaxing once you get on the grounds, but was only a short walk to one of the main streets of Ubud. If I had to pick on anything, it was that we sent our laundry to be cleaned and not all of it came back.

We will stay again
We loved it here, my little girl wants to come back. Small, only 8 rooms. Pool (no steps?). Friendly staff, cutest puppy:-). Their restaurant was crowded every night albeit we ate other places. Although breakfast was included I ate down the street at the French Bakery. Really convenient to get around - although walking is easier if you have ever tried to drive in Bali you will understand. Serene place. We will be back, really nice place. Always want to help you be comfortable.

petit hôtel bien situé à coté du centre ville avec une piscine et un jardin agréable. le bâtiment est un peu ancien, mais les chambres sont biens et le personnel tellement gentil. le petit déjeuner est correct.

A hidden gem.
A really lovely place to stay. Quiet yet everything was close by and easy to walk to. Highly recommend if you want a place to chill out. Breakfast was nice and fresh. Free wifi. Short walk to Owl house which is so unique and traditional Bali, and Murni's restaurant for a meal down the stairs next to river in the forest.

Situation exceptionnelle à Ubud !!!!
La situation est parfaite à 3 minutes à pied du Palais d'Ubud et près d'une foule de restaurant. Diane nous a reçu de façon exceptionnelle. Chambre très propre, lit confortable et climatisation fonctionnait très bien. Salle de bain pourrait être rafraichie mais convenable tout de même. Petit déjeuner simple. Wi-Fi fonctionnait bien. Jolie piscine et belle végétation. Pour son personnel très gentil et accueillant et sa situation exceptionnelle, nous retournerions avec grand plaisir.

静かで便利な場所
中心地から５分程度で、立地はとても便利。大通りから少し中に入っているのでうるさくありません。大きいホテルではないのでスタッフは名前をすぐに覚えてくれて朝晩声をかけてくれます。 部屋にドライヤーがなかったのですが、チエックアウトまで貸してくれました。 近くにはマッサージ屋やお土産物屋さん、レストラン、コンビニ、ATMなど何不自由なく過ごせました。ウブドの街中にホテルを探している方にいいと思います。

Perfect location
This 8 room guesthouse that is expanding, is basically a small hotel with a beautiful family that owns the guesthouse and the staff make you feel literally at home. Rooms are spotless, there is a safe, cable tv, excellent air con and a restaurant. Even a little salon where I had my hair done. I would go back in a heartbeat! I love Meruhdani Guesthouse.

Good Location
Close to the Tourist area but very quiet. Close to the King's Palace and the traditional market. Good restaurants within a few minutes walk. Breakfast is a set menu option and could be expanded to meet Westerners likes.

位置很優但價格比同級旅館稍高，清潔與服務都要加強
優點是旅館的位置很方便，離王宮、水宮、烏布市場、猴林路都只要步行5-8分鐘，在大街的小巷內鬧中取靜，旅館附的早餐還不錯，附近的披薩餐廳很每位又便宜。服務人員態度友善。 不滿意的部分就是，雖然訂房時有註明是三人入住，但是到場才得知只提供兩人早餐，必須再付每晚200盧比。房間沒有吹風機要向櫃臺借。每天提供的浴巾幾乎都有些髒污。浴巾與床單都有灑一點未知的粉末，感覺不太好。有天早上多給了一些小費給清潔人員卻反而丟下床單被子沒鋪床。旅館只有8間房而已，但向櫃臺詢問事情輪班後卻時常沒交接好。退房時居然說房間內的小手電筒遺失，但是住了三天房內根本沒有這東西。請旅館代訂的包車比行情高出40％-75％。

とても解放的でのんびりできるホテルでした。スタッフの方はとても親切でした。 タクシーのチャーターはすぐに手配してくれたし、マッサージもすぐに電話で予約してくれて送迎もしてくれました。 朝食はメニューから選ぶタイプでしたが美味しかったです！ シャワーの水圧が少し弱かったです。解放的な分虫は少し入ってくるので気になる方はやめた方がいいかも。 王宮までも歩いて行けるし立地もよかったです。
