"Wonderful bedrooms, stayed in a resort deluxe- was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. Visited during half term so it was pretty busy but overall they handle it well. The adults pool was very peaceful and relaxing, with very attentive service. The evening turndown service in the bedrooms could be better. Overall a very good stay and I would definitely come back, travelled without children but is perfect for both. "

"The Bulgari Dubai is unquestionably the finest hotel in the UAE. The property is elegant state of the art, but the entire Team there is what makes them the best of the best. From the parking, front door, security, check in, housekeeping, spa, coffee lounge, gym-pool, cigar bar, restaurant and shop staff, you simply will not meet a finer group of people. There is nothing that the rooms are missing for a perfect stay, and even if there were something you could think of, the hotel...

"We would have loved to seen/received the VIP amenities promised but we didn't get any of the,. We arrived at the hotel early and were told there was no upgraded rooms and no such VIP amenities. The hotel was fantastic though and we enjoyed every min of being there. We will come again. Just rather we didn't have the VIP carrot dangled in front of us by Expedia - not the hotel."

"Same staff members were amazing though: the buggy cart driver that took us from the bungalow to the parking with our luggage was genuinely showing interest in our stay. Also we did a hike to a nearby camel farm through the sand dunes, guided by the pool life guard. The hike through the dunes was really fun and the guide was great! It’s also worth pointing out that this activity was included in the all inclusive package which was a nice touch."

"The idea of self-contained villas is a fabulous one, especially for travelers who have larger family size. Unfortunately, the resort has not been kept to the standards that the photos on Expedia and other booking websites depict. The staff, however, was very helpful and pleasant to interact with."

"We stayed in the tent for 1 night. It was only bearable to be inside (even with aircon) after 6pm and before 7/8am! However it was lovely and clean and beautiful surroundings, with toilets etc. the service at dinner however was awful - we were sat down for 45 mins before we got our drinks or even cutlery, then we found out our order hadn’t even been placed. Other tables were also the same with things they needed or wanted. The manager then arrived and things improved but for the price of the...

"Paradise! We stayed in the overwater Vila then a duplex tent, accommodation was great, the overwater villa just luxury. Lovely resort too and food/restaurants were great too"
