"I am married to the one individual that can find a flaw in any hotel before we even walk through the door. As I held my breath waiting for the long list of “problems” to be pointed out to me, I only heard praises. I was shocked at this change in my life. I heard “wow”,”nice”and “there is no way we only paid $ for this place. I let out my breath and smiled with the upmost satisfaction. Thank you Hilton for the best feeling of accomplishment for booking at your resort."

"We were here for 4 days, and i absolutely didn't want to leave! Everything was exceptional, staff went above and beyond. The room was clean with nice decor. The literal only thing i didn't enjoy about my stay was the very firm mattress, but i feel like that's a personal preference not a short coming off the facility. The bell service was outstanding! It's a very welcoming environment that makes you feel at home. Both pools were awesome, my little girl learned to swim while on our stay. You quite literally have any comfort or need made available to you at all times. Now, the food, when i say delicious, it's simply because i cannot find the right word to describe how amazing the food was, i highly recommend the tiki tower meal. The wait staff was outstanding at Laguna, ate there almost every night of my stay. Super friendly environment! The breakfast service i cannot even begin to rave about enough. It was beautifully placed, elegant even, and if you can't find something to eat for your free breakfast then you should probably just go home because they have absolutely anything you could possibly want ! My only complaint is i didn't have 2 stomachs so i could have some of everything! I will most certainly return next year! I can't find a single negative thing to say about this hotel, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to everyone! I tried to add photos but the app won't let me. "
