Where to even start?…. Screen on in room TV says 45$ for valet parking. It is actually 60$, unless I gave the valet guy 45$ via his personal Venmo account. He really asked to do that. Shady and unsafe In room TV said it offered complimentary EV charging. When we asked reception, they laughed and said it’s not offered. Upon check in- reception person was on phone, speaking negatively about a coworker. When asked where to get a bucket of ice, was told in a condescending tone ‘ummm, I can give you a cup’. And no wine opener anywhere when asked? Really? Find a different hotel- you’re welcome.
