"My husband and I were in London for 2.5 days in between travel and were looking to stay in a good location as it was my first time visiting. Strand hotel was in such an ideal location, I would stay again if I wanted to be close. Right in the heart of Covent garden, few minutes from Trafalgar Square and 10-15 min walking from river Thames and a view of the London Eye and Big Ben. We were able to see so many attractions in those 2 days. We were by many options for public transportation and also a lot of great restaurants and bars. Our personal favorites Watch House and Marugame Udon. The room itself was very clean and well prepared. It definitely had everything we needed for a short stay. It was quite a small room so if you’re stay is longer than a couple days and you need to spread out, it might not be for you. The staff were all very nice and accommodating."
