"The staff in this hotel were so helpful. They had little English but went out of their way to help us. The room was good but smelt of smoke although we had requested non-smoking. Breakfast was adequate. There is a large modern mall with a supermarket within easy walking distance where we ate each night. Yellow Crane Tower is about 30 minutes away by taxi. "

"never got to check in. I booked on expedia and paid by credit card. On arrival they said no foreigners and told me to go elsewhere. This is at 9 pm at night. Took a while to get another hotel last minute paying double what I paid"

"The room was spacious, but the services of the front desk staff were very unkind. We requested a deposit for the amount of more than the room cost upon check-in. The cancellation procedure was not carried out at the time of check-out, and we were informed that it would be cancelled in a month. The room was spacious,but it was very dark because there was not enough light. I don't want to go again."
