"The front desk staff was wonderful! Beyond and above helping us seniors (late 70s) out! Especially the front desk man. I feel badly I didn't get his name. He was there when we got there, around 4 on 07/21/26 and when we went to breakfast on Wednesday. Will you be able to tell him thank you or do we tell someone else? The Tru directly?? We'd like the Tru to know. We were in room 222. Thank you!"

"The pool was closed 2 out of the 3 days I was there for 'unexplained maintenance'. It was open the 3rd. I requested an email confirming the pool was closed but no one messaged me. Everything else was great. Also, parking should be included."

"We have enjoyed our return stay here while visiting Portland. The location is great with the Market and restaurants a short walk. The place is new, fresh and rooms and common areas are impeccably clean. We enjoyed the bar and restaurant and friendly staff. We will return to this place."

"I never received a free breakfast as promised. Not sure what happened. There was no staff on site to talk to. The room was smaller than I expected from the pictures and the portable air conditioner in the middle of the room was loud. The location was great and I would probably stay again."

"Our main concern was that the air conditioner in our room sounded like a jet taking off. When the A/C would click on, it would hum (normal - no issues with that), then after a few seconds the room would abound with a thunderous noise for a few minutes. Once the room cooled, it would go quiet. Seems like this occurred a few times during the night."

"My husband and I were so pleased with our stay. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had wonderful hot options, not like other “continental breakfast” at other hotels. The patio area was nice and allowed us to have some downtime in comfort. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely stay here again."
