Checking in was difficult, the people at the front couldn't find my reservation and were skeptical that I actually booked rooms. "This is a budget hotel, so you get what you pay for. It served our needs, which were very basic: a place to sleep and shower. It’s no Ritz Carlton, but it got us by. Toilet seat was broken, walls were stained, and one of the AC units didn’t work. However, location was good (very walkable) and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They made this stay more enjoyable and were very hospitable. "

"Very clean and updated style and decor of bathroom and room. Child friendly because our room came with cute bedsheets and even had a resident plushy, and a kids table with blocks. Toothbrushes, and shampoo for for adult and child was a nice thought. Right next to the pedestrian street but not noisy. Free washer use but the dryer is wonky. Still loved my stay"
