"Three of the lights in the room didn’t work. No one ever answered the phone at the front desk when we needed fresh towels. We went down to the front desk and no one could be found. Trash piled up out front to the point it had been overflowing since the day before. Trash was laying all over the walkway outside. When I told them about it that just said “well get to it when we can”. The hotel was also very loud. I would not recommend this hotel."

"Pretty nice hotel, if I had stayed in the room. I have documented with the refusal to cancel, even with paying the so-called ‘Travel Insurance’ I purchased for the stay. I just wanted to add the rest of the story, later learned the illness in the family was with professionals. I actually got in Thursday and checked in. Telling them I may not use the room. Alumni helped me arrange this part and felt obliged to stay with them. I didn’t use the ‘room’ til Saturday to use tha pool. The room assigned to me (#213) had a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign hanging and my keys wouldn’t work. I return to the front desk, which was the same lady that checked me in Thursday. After explaining this to her, she said the number on the passkey was wrong, and proceeded to make new passkeys for another room (330). Now you have 90% of my side of the issues concerning the reservation. I have used Expedia for 3yrs in my name, and my wife had used Expedia to book our travels since a trip to New Orleans following Katrina. I remember that because Expedia DID fix a problem then. That’s when we became loyal clients. As I stated in the previous survey. I believe Expedia failed completely on this. It’s not only the $80 the room cost me, but also the points (Dollars?) I used on the trip, the amount of time and anxiety it’s created. It’s the idea of selling ‘Travel Insurance’ @ a fairly low price, and this isn’t covered by. I hope someone can see that it’s good business to use common sense on this low cost remedy"

"For starters it was a relatively cheap stay, but I got what I paid for. The hotel was very clean and appealing. The hotel has a pool and hot tub. The rack that is supposed to hold clean towels was always empty. Not a single person filled it the four days I stayed there. I always had to ask for towels and got a pretty judgy response when I asked. I asked for house keeping three times. It wasnt till the last time I asked that the receptionist asked if I could just put my towels in a bag and bring them to the front. She said the same for the trash. I didn't get my sheets changed till Wednesday evening. I stayed there from Sunday at 3 till Thursday at 10. The location was in the middle of a lot of restaurants and shops. The parking was decent and the hotel was easy to get to."
