"I really liked this Hyatt. It's in a great location. From the roof pool you can watch the planes go over the little mountain right next to the property and it is pretty cool. The staff was definitely helpful and the parking garage and its lay out was easy and I could see my srt from the hotel window. Will stay again."

"The bathroom door and bedroom door does not stay closed. They open in a couple of seconds after you close it. It was just so annoying our entire stay. When you turn off the Main light switch to this room located by the front door, it turns off the lights above the headboard, along with powers to the rest of outlets. So you think you’re charging your phone while sleeping, you’ll wake up with a dead phone and all your devices. You have to keep the main switch on in order to charge your devices but...

"We really like staying here. It's within walking distance of one of the downtown Tempe light-rail stations, and it is then within walking distance of restaurants and nice neighborhoods to explore. The hotel itself is clean and quiet."

"I had an excellent stay and would gladly stay here again. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the air conditioning worked great. There was plenty of parking, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and helpful. What really stood out was their honesty and customer service. After I checked out, I realized I had accidentally left my JBL Bluetooth speaker in the room. The staff actually called me to let me know they had found it and held onto...

"This hotel is pretty amazing. The room was very comfortable, A/C unit nice and quiet. The breakfast has many options. The Costa coffee brewing machine Le were awesome. They brewed medium roast coffee exceptionally, closing decaf and hot water. If there was a nitpick, it would be the WiFi. I’m sure it was fine, but IHG requires you to log in using an email address, which I will not disclose for privacy purposes. Why can’t they just stay with room number login?"

"My stay was great. Convenient location . Clean and comfy room. I had the suite. No problems whatsoever. Staff were helpful and kept my updated with text messages before arrival which I gladly appreciated. Pool area and work out area was nice even had a clubhouse. Looks like an apartment complex. I would stay again . Thank you"

"Property was easy to get too. A lot of coffee shops, fast food, freeways and shopping close by. The desk lamp in the room had a short. We notified the front desk, they said they would send maintenance to our room but never did. Housekeeping only cleans the rooms every other day. I was only there two nights so I never got housekeeping. Sunday morning (check out ) day there was construction right outside my room that started at 6:30am. Needless to say we checked out and left earlier than planned."
