"We reserved the superior suite. Once I stepped into the room, the entrance and bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. The rest of the suite was okay. We told the reception and thought it'll get taken care of. We returned hours later, and the cigarette smell was still there. We went to the reception again, and were told they already sent the cleaning staff to check. Well, it seemed to me nothing was done. I'm not even sure how this can happen. "Beautiful hotel and area. Room was clean. Coffee in room and small snack for breakfast. Friendly staff. If you are arriving with your own vehicle make sure it is a small one. Very narrow street to get to hotel. It was worth it, we ha a lovely stay."
