"I had a lovely short stay at ParkHotel. The staff were friendly and supportive. Nestled in the city centre, it’s surrounded by beautiful cafes and restaurants offering a fantastic selection of food and drinks. Plus, it’s conveniently located near the train station. There’s a car park and I noticed some electric chargers – I’m not sure if they’re hotel-owned. The toiletries in the room were great and the bed was big and comfortable. Coffee and tea were also provided. Thank you"

"Keine Klimaanlage und keine Ventilatoren, obwohl uns bei der Buchung zugesichert wurde, dass jedes Zimmer mit einem Ventilator ausgestattet ist. Nach unserer Nachfrage vor Ort wurde uns gesagt, dass keine Ventilatoren mehr verfügbar seien obwohl an der Rezeption mehrere Ventilatoren sichtbar standen. In unserem Zimmer herrschten Temperaturen von über 40 Grad, sodass wir kaum schlafen konnten. Wenn man das Fenster öffnete, kamen sofort unzählige Mücken ins Zimmer. "Just stayed room only and whilst there was no kettle or coffee facilities they are available if asked for. The room was nice, clean and had air-conditioning which was essential when we were there. "Déçu d'un hôtel 4*. La chambre comportait des mouches mortes au niveau des fenêtres, et les échantillons de produits dans la salle de bain étaient déjà utilisés à notre arrivée. Pas d'endroit pour poser sa valise : on est obligé de la laisser par terre. Un porte-serviettes est installé au-dessus des toilettes, ce qui rend son utilisation peu pratique : si vous y faites sécher vos serviettes ou votre maillot de bain, il n'est plus possible d'utiliser les toilettes. Pas d'autre portant proposé...
