Travelled with my wife and only chose the town because she was keen to experience the nearby Bagni San Fillipo.But Gli Archi and the town Abbadia San Salvatore both pleasantly surprised us. The house and our room were spotless and the owner lovelly.Room was huge and breakfast tasty. The Abbadia (Abbey) proved to be memorable,especially the multi columned crypt! Nearby Ospedale was perfect for all day free parking an easy walk from B&B.

B&b con stanze e bagni grandissimi e finemente ristrutturati e arredati con cura. Ottima la posizione nel centro storico di Abbadia. Delizioso giardino dove si può anche gustare la colazione. Proprietari molto disponibili. Lo consiglierei decisamente senza alcun dubbio!

Gli Archi è un b&b gestito con molta cortesia, all'interno di una vecchia casa recuperata con gusto e attenzione, bellissima la scala in pietra e i pavimenti originali. Camera accogliente e luminosa con bagno molto spazioso. Colazione ottima con gustosi formaggi e salumi locai e dolci fatti in casa (assolutamente da provare la torta "ricciola"). Consigliato come base per visitare la zona.

Great staff

We made a last minute booking and were pleasantly surprised at how accommodating the staff was. The owner spoke perfect English and gave us a great pizza recommendation. The B&B is family ran with a delicious breakfast. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura per 4 notti nel mese di luglio e ci siamo trovati davvero bene, le fresche serate di montagna e la cittadina ci hanno regalato sorprese. L’edificio ristrutturato e curato nei minimi dettagli non lascia spazio a lamentele: abbiamo richiesto un cambio di lenzuola in più e ci hanno accontentati. Romantico ed intimo ma con locali spaziosi e molto luminosi per non parlare del piccolo giardino sul retro di questo B&B dove consigliamo di farvi servire un’ottima e varia colazione godendo del meraviglioso paesaggio della Val d’Orcia.
