"I love staying at APT. The location is prime and the set up is ideal for a professional that travels. Unfortunately I have had two negative experiences over the last two stays. Three weeks ago I booked a two night stay there was no tv or interactive during the entire stay. This past weekend it was a similar experience, one tv not working. Unfortunate that there were no accommodations made for the inconvenience."

"The lady at the front desk was totally incompetent and had no idea what she was doing both at check-in and checkout. No third floor rooms available secondary to water leaking issues from Rain. No hair conditioner in shower. Shower, dirty, and grimy. Nasty stains on bedspread."

"The place was clean, but behind the couch was an empty wine bottle. The television in the living room was broken by the last tenants, so hubby and I were confined to the bedroom to watch tv. The host wanted to switch it out the next day, but we decided not to. The WiFi was bad. While watching a movie, the WiFi kept buffering. The area was good. The Host will not budge with having late check out."

"Our room was clean and functional. We checked in with the best staff member. She helped us book a room for the following night after our plans to leave changed. It was an easy process and she was pleasantly helpful. The pool area was well maintained and good size for meeting up with fellow travelers. The common area was a bit small but had enough space to enjoy company. The breakfast was good and had everything we needed. It seems to be located in a louder area of town, so I would bring a fan to...
