"cleaning people must have used bathroom right before we checked in because the room smelled horrible… they tried charging 13.99 extra for wifi… i was not able to use my computer at all"

"Bed linens were dirty - multiple hairs on the sheets/comforter. Only one bed was dirty was perhaps it wasn’t cleaned between guests? There were also multiple hairs in the bathroom. When we asked for a linen change, the front desk responded that housekeeping was not available. But, they could send linens for us to change. Lots of hallway noise/able to hear normal conversations from the neighboring room. "

"Bed was clean and no bugs Room needs a good top to bottom clean, streaks on everything, stains on curtains, floors dirty, shower head half clogged with calcium build up. Tub slow to drain and no plug so only option was shower. Toilet seat was stained, it was clean, just old and stained. Dresser drawers kept opening on own. No sound proofing so you could hear everything like it was in the room with you down to the seagulls. Not in a safe area to walk after dark. Staff were friendly"

"The guy who checked us in had an attitude from the start didnt make me feel welcome it was just a quick stay for me until the morning so i can drive home so i didnt care much but the room the mattress was hard tv wasn't working had to with rooms and there was a roach in my room also ewwww i couldn't wait for sunlight to checkout i got what i payed for guess"

"The room was in bad shape, the shower curtains were dirty, the room smelled of mold, there was writings on the wall, when it rained the ceiling began to leak. I went to ask to change rooms the room they gave us was next to people arguing and slamming doors. There was a group of kids in and out of the room next to us. We felt unsafe. I ended up leaving sooner and was told because I didn’t check out before 11am I could not get a refund on the next day. The stay was not good. I would not recommend."

"Our stay was 8/1-8/5/25 as a family of 8.The room itself was fine. Clean 2 Bdrms very spacious and 3 bthrms was nice.AC didnt work in one bdrm but we just lived with it. Communication was quick and efficient.The coffee shop was also very good.That’s where the positives ended.The hotel itself is a trashcan. "Outdated, webs and dust in the room. Didn't look like bedding was changed. We slept on top of the blanket. Cigarette holes in blanket. Duck tape on the wall to cover up a whole. The water in the bathroom had a strong smell of lead or iron."
