Excellent hotel but in the past, not now.

Not good air conditioner, we were offered refrigerator and microwave and we did not find them.

El peor hotel en que he estado

Es un hotel de los años treinta y desde entonces no se ha invertido un peso, ni en renovarlo ni en mantenimiento. Todo está viejo y oxidado, a las puertas le faltan trozos de chapa, el falso techo del baño está abombado y parece que vaya a caerse. La sensación es de suciedad, quizás por la propia vejez de las cosas. La ubicación era muy buena para mi, pues esta pegado al Swiss Dive Center, donde iba.

Falta de compromiso en Hotel caleta

En este hotel no tienen compromiso con las personas que hacen su reservación con anterioridad, llegamos al hotel y nos mencionaron que sobre-vendieron las habitaciones por lo que nos iban a pasar a otro hotel, situación bastante incómoda y de mucha inconformidad para nosotros. Y aunque el otro hotel al que nos pasaron estaba en buenas condiciones es molesto que un hotel no tenga la seriedad suficiente y realice una sobre-venta de habitaciones, sobre todo cuando el pago de la habitación se realizo en efectivo y en su totalidad.

reparacion a los elevadores,

Tranquila en verdad, solamente los elevadores no funcionan y es un problema en las tardes cuando llega uno cansado y hay que usar las escaleras, de lo demás yo considero que esta bien.

hotel tradicional muy bueno

a mi familia y a mi nos gusta este hotel por su ubicacion estrategica y su servicio como siempre aunque no es como los de cinco estrellas es pasable.

Excelente vista Hotel muy deteriorado

El Hotel está en una ubicación privilegiada, lástima que se nota que tuvo mejores tiempos, el mantenimiento es muy malo y el servicio regular

Hotel viejo y chafa

El hotel ex MUY viejo se ve que no le han invertido nada de dinero desde los 50's, no te dan ni el control de la tv ni del aire acondicionado. No hay teléfono en la habitación. No es cierto que tiene playa artificial

Hotel Caleta con una ubicacion formidable

Es un hotel viejo en suestructura que tiene poca actualización y muy deficiente mobiliario, nos tuvimos que cambiar de habitación porque no servia el aire acondicionado por no contar con manija para accionarlo!!, las sillas despegadas y con signos de haberse usado mucho. Las habitaciones amplia con terraza y una vista espectacular su ubicacion privilegiada y cerca de muchas atracciones y una playa bonita.No comimos en el hotel.No hay telefono en las habitaciones,

Hotel Caleta Acapulco

This hotel is in need of repair, doors peeled off, the old shabby furniture. Accommodation is quite expensive. Plus, only one - a good location.

adequate for the area

We needed a hotel in the area of Caleta beach due to our family being involved in an orphanage nearby. Hotel Caleta had a good air conditioner,it was clean and the breakfast each morning was delicious. What else could we ask for?

terrible hotel

Terrible! No The hotel is run down! No safety locks on room doors as they were broken. Few towels. The worst part is they have two pools that are run down as well, pool tiles missing, the edge is breaking up and there is black mold in spots. The worst part is the upper pool only had seven chairs around it and the bottom pool which is the salt water pool had only 5 or 6 chairs. These pools are in a beautiful setting right on the ocean, they could be fixed and made beautiful, very different than the description given. The hotel has the perfect location, they just don't care. Also very-very loud at night!
