Me parece bien el hotel si vas en familia pero eso de cobrar el estacionamiento a mi parecer no está bien Y menos si está en el mismo establecimiento mejor que le agreguen esos 100 a la renta de la habitación es menos incomodo para el cliente

Ice clean family hotel.

This is a long standing hotel in Acapulco. It caters to familoes with a big play area for kids. The pool is clean. Before the virus thry served a nice free breakfast. . The staff is friendly and helful. The place is well maintained and the gardens are beautiful. A good deal in Acapulco!

Excelente servicio desde la llegada, limpieza y medidas de higiene como lo estableció el gobierno; la atención fue casi personalizada, es por eso que no tuvimos ningún problema, alberca muy bonita, de buen tamaño; la habitación muy bien. Nunca te dicen que llegando allá te van a cobrar el estacionamiento $120 la noche ,,, el cuarto se quedaba sin agua cada que tenías que bañarte y no salía hasta que mandaban al plomero ,,,, en la entrada de los bungalows horrible allí amontonan la basura para que se la lleve el camión , en recepción el tipo que me tocó muy pedante ,,, el desayuno es un huevo , café y agua de frijol ,,,, nada recomendable

Instalaciones adecuadas y limpias el estacionamiento es aparte 120 por noche, todo super bien nos regalaron un cupon de una noche gratis con un año de vigencia pagando otra noche para otra ocasión el cupon lo entregan después de haberte hospedado tres noche.
