Oko helped us with a smooth check-in process, but did not seem to have all of our needed changes confirmed. We were also not alerted that the restaurant closes early on Sundays, but thankfully they let us order food to go!

The rooms are spacious and clean and the facilities including water pressure, internet access and speed and swimming pool with onsite restaurant makes this an ideal location for both holiday and business. I highly recommend Peravi suites at Embassy Gardens in Accra, Ghana.

Was checked in by Oko. He was very patient and showed me around the property. Asked me to contact him if anything and he kept in contact with me. The property is well maintained, space is airy and bright, high ceilings and view of the pool/restaurant/gym area as well as the forecourt.

Ok so as soon as I arrived after a grueling 18 hour flight, I expected to find a cold water in the fridge. There was nothing, although Water was listed as included under the amenity section. Also wanted to have nice warm shower and they were no shower, gels or soaps also as listed under the amenity list and the water was mostly cool. I asked the host about the water and soaps and was told I would have to buy or they were not included even though listed on their site Not a single towel in the kitchen, and paper towels. Had to buy my own toilet paper too. lol. The host not a very good communicator, actually poor. The place was generally nice, but there was a small leak at the base in the toilet, which I told him about and he did not get it repaired. The kitchen sink also did not drain well at all. I found cockroaches in the kitchen on 2 occasions. Bed was moderately hard so if you like soft or memory foam, forget it. Quite steep staircase to the 2nd level. Be careful coming down. Cleaning lady showed up on 2 occasions but was inconvenient. I told her to come back the next but did not return. On the 13th of 14 days she returned to get the garbage and I asked her to clean the room. Finally, the day before my departure.

I initially booked to stay at the Embassy Gardens in Accra, Ghana. Check-in was at 2:00pm. When I attempted to check-in the host, Peravi Suites, was unreachable. The receptionist at Embassy Gardens called him and was unable to reach him. I called, texted, and even messaged an agent through Expedia. Around 5:30pm I finally got a hold of him in which he told me that the room that I booked was unavailable. He offered another room at a different hotel, Loxwood House in Accra. This was supposedly a nice hotel, but the room was terrible! Although there were no smoking signs everywhere in the room, it still smelled of smoke. As soon as you opened the door the smell literally slapped you in the face. There were no clean towels. All of the towels were used and thrown in the corner of the guest bathroom. Around 8am the next morning I asked if new towels could be brought since checkout was at 12 and my guests still hadn’t showered. Towels didn’t arrive until after 10am. There were also roaches in the kitchen and I took videos and sent it to the guy. I let the guy know that the experience was extremely unsatisfactory and inconveniencing. I had traveled from the US with a group of people and we couldn’t even check-in at the time that was promised. I asked for a refund and he didn’t even try to offer a partial refund. I would’ve taken that at least. Nonetheless, I filed a complaint with Expedia and my bank. DO NOT BOOK WITH PERAVI SUITES!! You will not get the service that you paid for.

First I touch on the the amenities that took me by surprise. The front desk at any given time was staffed by no less than two security personnel and the head security in the parking garage. The facial recognition entry on the doors was boss. The Elm cafe staff and food was exceptional and our host Mr Oko was readily available. We enjoyed our stay.

The property is located in a good high end neighborhood in Accra. The initial room provided was not clean and second room did not have hot water for several days. Although a report was made to the host, repairs were not done till I checked out of the property. The internet in the room was erratic and was not working when I checked into the room.

This was my second time staying here, and once again, the host and staff did not disappoint! It was wonderful to return and experience the same incredible hospitality. Then room was not as advertised and not the room no selected. There was no sofa-bed as advertised. The couch had stains on it. There was dirty linen in the wall closet in the bedroom. The bathroom sink was backed up and drained poorly. They did not provide enough towels. The washing machine was broken. Because they had no sofa bed, I had to book a second room for my company associates who was going to share the room with me. The property manager made me pay cash, specifically USD, and when I tried to pay with card in local currency he wanted to charge me at the rate to buy USD, not at the rate of exchange USD to local currency. I was directed to leave the key to the room under the welcome carpet, so the room could be cleaned. I was very uncomfortable with that because I worried for the security of my belongings. Fortunately when I returned and used the key which they left under the mat again, all my things were secured. Lastly, I departed the property at 5:30am to catch my flight back to USA, because no one came to take the key and I was not told to leave the key with security at the front desk, I left the key under the welcome mat as instructed before, for cleaning. I received a message the day I arrived back to my home, stating he could not ring the key and he said I would be charged $150 USD. This is unacceptable. Overall I will never use the management company again, the property overall was pleasant to the eye but that was all.

First , this is a misrepresentation as the room does not have any pool view but rather a view of trees in the backyard. It’s QUITE DIRTY. Lacking in basic amenities such as tissue paper, and only offers stained old towels. The carpet and seats are very dirty and have not been washed for a long time. No bathroom mats or even SHOWER GELS OR SOAPS of any kind or TOILET CLEANING detergents. You shall get an empty neglected house. I tried talking to the Host who turned out to be very rude and I had to leave after the first night. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Clean room and great place. Great management. Quick and easy to respond to queries and feedback. Always happy to help. Apartment had all the necessary facilities. It's spacious and clean and great to relax.
