Staff was very welcoming. Restaurant was very good for dining. But the road leafing to the hotel was very bad. Noise from nearby businesses could be heard. Roosters were the early morning wakeup call. I didnt like that they had a prayer session in the lobby and i wasnt allowed in. Very unprofessional.

Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Kellner waren richtig nett. Schmutzige Wäsche könnte gewaschen werden. Man müsste kein Gedanken machen das die roomservice was von dir weg nehmt. Frühstück war kein Buffet aber ich war meistens satt. Was ich schlecht fand war die Kommunikation zwischen die Rezeption Mitarbeitern. Oftmals musste ich nach Schicht Wechsel alles was ich haben wollte nochmal sagen z.b (klo verstopft, möchte dass meine Wäsche gewaschen werde usw). Pool gibt kein Filteranlege(oft dreckig), fitness studio ist alles veraltet und ekelhaft, gibt Oftmals Wasser Ausfall, internet nicht besonders gut und oftmals kein Verbindung. Ich wollte Zimmer wechseln weil aus dem Klo Wasser raus gekommen ist. Ich musste fast 5 Minuten diskutieren bist ich endlich eine freien Zimmer bekam (Aussage war: ich sollte bis nächste tag warten). Die Küche ist eigentlich von 7:30 bis 00:00 offen. Aber ich war mit meine Familie da und es war noch nicht mal 21:00 und die Küche war zu. Es würde zu mir gesagt ich sollte nächstes mal vorher bescheid geben dass ich später kommen werde obwohlich nicht weiß wann spät ist. Ich habe insgesamt gute Sterne gegeben weil ich weisst dass es keinen europäischen hotel ist und sowas wie Wasserausfall hier normal ist. Aber ich möchte das wenigstens erwähnen was da alles vorgefallen ist. Insgesamt war das hotel richtige gut wenn man mit Afrikanische hotel standard vergleicht.
