"September 2025 Amazing daytime staff - couldn’t be more satisfied with them! The place and location, need an overhaul. The rooms need updating and the mini splits need servicing. We were breathing mould during our stay Annoyed that we were charged premium for their rooms near the end of their season, the week we checked in we noticed their prices were over 40% off - for us, not worth the cost For all of your activities, their preferred vendors could use updating. "Even before arrival, Mary reached out. Upon arrival she was extremely efficient, helpful and friendly! Melagrana is a beautiful hotel with a lovely outdoor patio, and evey room amenity one could need. The location is prime for access to the port, restaurants, transportation and shopping. Shower had good water temp and pressure. Bed and linens were top notch! And the breakfast was the most amazing! Thank you again for everything!"

Our hotel room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. One area for improvement is the breakfast, which could be warmer, particularly the eggs & a toaster to toast your bread. They arranged everything we asked for including atvs. Beautiful property with fantastic views. Great central location and easy access to all parts of the island. "

"We reserved a “standard” room. There was good communication prior to arrival; however, we were not informed there are several apartment buildings belonging to this complex. Inside, we found several empty bottles in lower cabinets. The breakfast basket was delivered to our unit every morning in a timely manner; however, there was limited variety. "
