"Probably the worst Courtyard by Marriott I’ve ever stayed in even though it looks like it’s been recently renovated. Low ceilings, tiny bathrooms, cheap renovation. They need to clean the outside of their windows — could barely see out the large windows in the two rooms we booked. "

"The location was convenient. We liked the accommodations. Although the room did not come with a fridge, hot water kettle or a microwave, the staff helped us out to address the situation. The only other thing was the wifi did not work with our laptops and there were not enough plugs to accommodate our chargers. It was a minor point and we managed to work around. I am sure the staff would have provided power strips if we asked for them."

"Did not eat at establishment. Elevator area (lobby) has a stale odor. Room appeared to be clean however the Comforter appeared dirty. Sheets were questionable. Bathroom had hair in the sink and shower. I went out and bought supplies and cleaned the room. Stayed there due to daily radiation therapy at Yale. Staff was friendly, no noise so I overlooked the issues. "

"I thought i might be in the thriller movie... the location was next to dry ship yard... The surrounding of area should be honestly described in the ad before listing. The reception desk was covered by bullet proof window and I couldn't sleep well because I felt my family might not have safe time. The condition of inside of room was ok but I saw winkles on the bed sheets and felt it was not changed. The breakfast was terrible. I barely ate banana and yogurt. The dining area was next to entrance...

"Great hotel, very friendly staff. Never woke up in time for breakfast so I can't rate that lol I chose this hotel mainly for the pool. It's heated but definitely not as warm as it was last year when I visited. And the hot tub was actually unbearably hot. Definitely would return though, that's not enough to keep me away"

"Stay was good except for the dog in the next room who barked and howled during the night. We were not told it allowed pets. One incident with outsiders meeting in lobby and caused a commotion. Front desk handeled very well. Room was clean, breakfast good, staff friendly and building secure."

"We stayed at the hotel for one week and really appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the bed, and the heating system. All the staff who assisted us were very kind and welcoming. The location is convenient, and even the we left early and returned late, it was always pleasant to come back. Our room had a renovated bathroom, and although the décor was not modern, it was well maintained and presentable."
