"We had an interesting experience with Hotel Bell 3. Arrived at the airport around 10am, and were supposed to be picked up by the hotel's driver. Well, it took us 1hr and 10-15 minutes to clear passport control, and once we got our luggage and went outside, driver was no where around. We called the hotel and they told us that the driver "waited an hour and left". However, he demanded that we pay him just the same. We took an Uber (taxi) to the hotel, which was $98 (quoted $68). "My husband and I had a great experience at this rental. It’s more like a B&B with a host. Our hostess was very communicative and helpful and prepared an amazing breakfast at the other Ballarooms property (less than 5 minutes away). It was great having A/C to combat the heat. Our room was spacious, with lots of room to spread out, and the bathroom was clean and functional."

"we stayed for 3 nights in the upper floor apartment. Tastefully decorated and spacious with a very welcome outdoor patio space. Happy we found this accommodation, felt perfectly quite, restful, and secluded -away from the frenetic pace of the street markets a very short walk from your door. We shall return, just love Palermo. "Beautiful large Arabesque 4 star fuol setvice spa resort about 20 minutes outside of Palermo. Very nicely designed, massive public areas, located in a very peaceful hilly setting, very large rooms, amazing pools and a waterfall feature. Only issue for me were the poorly maintained guestrooms, with low quality soft furnishings. My room had both shower knobs falling off after each use. A few other lack of easy required maintenence issues that really should be immediately addressed."

"The rooms are excellent and the staff is also amazing, but please keep in mind that there is not amenities here. Also location is walking distance from the historic downtown area but it’s rough at night time, you cannot go out and feel safe as there is homeless and what it appears to be little gangs (again can’t blame the hotel for this more the city which is a shame)."

"This property is centrally located in Palermo old town, walking distance to most of sites. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the building is securely managed. What most impressive is manager who is accommodating and spends a lot of time in the property, answering questions and giving suggestions. We originally booked a room without window due to overlooking the descriptions of the room, and we didn’t feel well after the first night of staying. The manager tried his best rearranging room...

"Great place to stay! The owner and staff and so incredibly kind and helpful. They also make an amazing breakfast spread for you every morning. The location is perfect. Very close to the Main Street in Palermo that has tons of delicious restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!"
