But you have to take stairs into the building and stairs down to get the elevator to the room. The room doors are external and the walk to the room is dark with motion lights. "We were checked in by a lovely lady. She was kind, efficient and thorough. Our room wasn't quite ready so she allowed us to wait in their lobby for 15 minutes before being allowed to go to our apartment. Despite knowing that we were a 4 person group, the apartment was set up for 2. We had to ask for extra bedding for the pull out bed and. In addition to this, the kitchen was a miss mash of different things. There were not 4 of everything (cups, bowls, plates, cutlery) despite the room being...
